Short term consultancy for the Final Evaluation of 'Making Women's Voices and Votes Count' project, IT for Change

IT for Change was awarded a grant by the UN Fund for Gender Equality in 2012 for a project entitled “Making Women's Voices and Votes Count”. The two year project, which commenced in 2013, is nearing completion. It has sought to develop an innovative ICT-enabled capacity building model for strengthening elected women representatives, also using ICT strategies to catalyse a vibrant women's political constituency, across three sites – Kutch and Bhavnagar districts of Gujarat, and Mysore district in Karnataka. The final evaluation to assess the impact of the project and document lessons learnt for policy and programme, is slated to commence in February 2015.

IT for Change invites Expressions of Interest from interested India-based evaluation consultants for this assignment. The consultancy will be for a total period of 27 days.
