Communication and Publication Officer

Gabriela Goulart Mora is the IT for Change Communication and Publication officer at Bangalore office. Her academic background includes a MSc in Anthropology and Development from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Msc and Bachelor Degree in Communications Studies from University of Brasilia, Brazil. She has 11 years of professional experience as a journalist and program manager in NGOs and international organizations and her main areas of interest are: Journalism, Development, Civil Society and youth issues. Before joining IT for Change she worked for USAID/Brazil managing the At-Risk Youth Program, produced publications and facilitated workshops for UNICEF as a temporary consultant, edited periodic bulletins and researched on adolescent's rights for the Brazilian NGO ANDI (News Agency for Children's Rights), worked as the deputy-editor of an educational newspaper and as the Brazilian Ministry of Health's press advisor. She was also involved in Community Communications Projects coordinated by the School of Communications of the University of Brasilia, Brazil.
