1. "Research careers in Europe" (attached): 1) identified how to best entice young people to take up a research career; 2) determined how to further increase the attractiveness of employment and working conditions in research (notably as regards dual-career and career-restart issues) in order to encourage excellent European researchers to stay in Europe and to attract others from around the globe to come to Europe.
[The final report of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) study entitled "Research careers in Europe" is now available for download on the EU Bookshop website, free of charge: • Final Report: http://bookshop.europa.eu/en/research-careers-in-europe-pbNC0614200/ • Executive Summary: http://bookshop.europa.eu/en/research-careers-in-europe-pbNC0614201/ • Annexes: http://bookshop.europa.eu/en/research-careers-in-europe-pbNC0216991/]<http://bookshop.europa.eu/en/research-careers-in-europe-pbNC0614200/>
