Southern Centre for Inequality Studies is organizing a series of Future of Work(ers) Policy Dialogue. Anita Gurumurthy will be an expert speaker for the discussion on the 16th of August, 2022 on Emerging Forms of Worker Power in the Digital Economy.
They will be looking at how have platform workers responded to digitization. How has digitization itself been incorporated into workers' strategies of resistance? How can new forms of worker power shape our thinking about the nature of collective action and class struggle in an increasingly globalized, financialized, and digitized world?
