IT for Change's Contribution to the Financing for Development Debate

We made a solicited contribution to the Technology Workstream of the Civil Society Mechanism, associated with the Financing for Development mechanism of the UN, led by ETC Group and SID Institute. This was to further the public financing for the digital tech agenda in the Outcome Document of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development. 

In the current international geo-political scenario, it seems unlikely that our input will make a successful dent in the mainstream policy debate, but it is an important contribution that keeps the economic justice agenda well and alive in the global discourse. Read our complete input here.
