Geetha Narayanan is a teacher, curator, and research scholar with more than five decades of experience across education, training, research, arts, and culture. She co-founded Aditi School in 1984 (now the Mallya Aditi International School) and the Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology (now the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology), in 1996. She is a Distinguished Professional of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), where she mentors the Centers of Excellence in Culture, Creativity and Emerging Practices at the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Her work has been recognized with honorary doctorates from Oxford Brookes University (2011), for developing models of practice-based and practice-led teacher development, and Kuvempu University (2022), for her contributions to practice and policy in secondary and higher education in Karnataka.

Anuradha is a mid-career professional who transitioned from the corporate to the development sector 4 years ago, after having held a fairly long and successful career in human resources in the financial services space,both in India and the UK. For the last few years, she has been working in the gender and digital economy space in India, with a specific focus on understanding elements of inclusion, equity and justice.

Upendranadh is a Development professional with over 30 years of experience in the sector. He has worked with several global NGOs in the areas of program management, policy research, advocacy and campaign, and capacity building among others, and has undertaken consultancy assignments for UN bodies. His experience cuts across several domains including Governance, Social Policy, Gender, Conflict and Peace, Livelihoods and Education. He is currently Evaluation and Learning Specialist (Social Accountability and Participation) at VSO International.
