Globally, laws pertaining to non-personal data are fragmented, and in most cases, this data is unregulated. The distinction between personal and non-personal data is interpreted differently from one country to the next. In this webinar, the panelists will discuss examples of non-personal data regulation from across the globe, bringing in perspectives from India and the EU.
