Parminder Singh was invited as a speaker to two international workshops as part of the Global Partnership Network Project, under the Jawaharlal Nehru University-Kassel collaborative project on Agricultural Value Systems and Finance Capital, held on 9 December 2021 and Contract Farming in India, held on 10 December 2021.

They were jointly hosted by the Centre for Informal Sector and Labour Studies (CISLS) and Centre for Economic Studies and Planning (CESP) with the aim of facilitating a dialogue between scholars and activists from different social and national contexts.

Parminder Singh was a panelist for a session on Patterns of Integration and Contract Farming, held on 10 December 2021. This part of the workshop will analyze the ways in which contracts are used to integrate small producers with markets and provide a broad multi-country overview. Other speakers in the panel were:
