Anita Gurumurthy has been invited to speak at the "Southern Region Stakeholders' Conference on Violence Against Women." She will be speaking on a panel on, “Violence Against Women- where we are, what is done so far to combat gender-based violence and what more to do.” Her co-panelists include:

The conference will be organized by the Karnataka government, and it is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2022. Speakers at the conference will discuss various issues related to violence against women and propose ways to effectively combat gender-based crimes.
