Nandini Chami took part in the ‘Asia Pacific Regional CSO Forum on the Priority theme of CSW67’, organized by APWLD on 6 February 2023.
Over 70+ participants from across the world took part in the event, as they shared issues affecting women and girls in their countries relevant to CSW67. Emerging issues identified included digital divide, equitable access to digital innovations and skills, digital revolution, world of work, and online gender-based violence.
The 67th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67) will take place from 6 to 17 March 2023 and bring together representatives of member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations from across the world to discuss the priority theme: Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.
