Digital technologies can contribute to structural change in the economy, social equity, and expansion of human capabilities. Yet, inclusive outcomes are far from automatic. Anita Gurumurthy participated in this experts meeting, where she discussed policies and strategies that can be leveraged to foster a more inclusive digital economy, focusing on the context of exclusion, international governance, and national governance.
