Anita Gurumurthy will be participating in a panel discussion on 'Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights' organized by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) in Bengaluru on 30 November. The event will be held at Bangalore International Centre at 6 PM IST.

The discussion is a part of a project at NLSIU, supported by the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, Bengaluru. This project is an effort to bring together a multidisciplinary understanding of AI’s impact on human rights, and locate these conversations in local contexts and vocabularies. The event will include a keynote speech by Prof. Anupam Chander, Scott K. Ginsburg Professor of Law and Technology at Georgetown University Law Center, followed by the panel discussion moderated by NLSIU Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sudhir Krishnaswamy. Besides Anita, Siddharth Das, Co-founder, Univ.AI, will also take part in the discussion.
