India’s G20 Secretariat in collaboration with MEA, Government of India, Observer Research Foundation, UN Secretary-General’s Tech Envoy, and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

 

Anita Gurumurthy was invited to participate in a panel discussion Data for Development: Role of G20 in Advancing the 2030 Agenda on 13 December. The event was hosted by India’s G20 Secretariat in collaboration with Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Observer Research Foundation, UN Secretary-General’s Tech Envoy, and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

The event is designed as a curtain-raiser for further deliberations on data for development (D4D) in the Development Working Group during India’s G20 Presidency. Attendees included representatives of governments, intergovernmental organizations, civil society, and private companies.
