Intergenerational Partnerships for Just Climate Transition and Digital Futures

As part of the Action Days of the UN Summit of the Future, Columbia University and the United Nations University held an interactive workshop that brought together relevant actors to draft a concrete Call to Action on how to promote collaboration and partnerships in the design, regulation, development, deployment, and decommissioning of digital technologies and infrastructure to address global challenges, in particular climate and health justice and well-being, emphasizing the meaningful engagement, leadership, and agency of youth. The workshop was held at the University of Columbia on 20 September 2024.
