Our Director and Lead - Education and Technology, Gurumurthy Kasinathan, was invited as an expert to speak on the risks of platformization in higher education in a discussion on "Integrating Teaching-Learning and Digital Technologies," at a three-day EdTech Conclave from 5-7 February 2025 organized by IIT Jammu, in collaboration with ICSSR. The conclave brought together 80+ scholars, policymakers, and experts to discuss the future of technology in Indian higher education. Gurumurthy's inputs warned against private platform control diluting teacher agency.
