In this session hosted by the Project Liberty Institute and the Global Solutions Initiative, Anita joined global thought leaders to launch the Global Toolkit for Catalyzing Digital Infrastructure Solutions for Data Agency. Drawing on multistakeholder consultations held in Paris, Washington D.C., and Waterloo, the session unpacked how governments and civil society can build equitable digital ecosystems. Anita emphasized that promoting data agency—particularly for marginalized communities—requires rethinking digital infrastructures not just as technical systems, but as public goods shaped by democratic governance.
