The webinar was part of a series toward the International Labour Conference (ILC), discussing strategies for defending gender equality across the ILC. The discussion focused on the intersections between three key discussions at the 2026 Conference: gender equality at work, decent work in the platform economy, and inclusive social dialogue.
Saloni delivered a presentation on gender in the platform economy, drawing upon our study in collaboration with NLS, 'There’s no ghost in the machine!' and our paper, 'Pathways to Gender Equality in the Platform Economy'.
