Anita Gurumurthy, our Executive Director and Nandini Chami, our Deputy Director jointly authored an article published by ODI Global. The article 'Breaking Point or Turning Point? The Relevance of the G20 for a Southern Digital Governance Agenda' is part of a series of essays critically examining the evolution of the G20's digital agenda. It parses through the outcome documents from the Indonesia to South Africa Summits through two broad narrative arcs: i) Evolving visions of digital transformation, and ii) Digital governance priorities for international cooperation and offers the unfisnished business of digital governance and outlines pragmatic pathways forward for the Global South.
