Annual Policy Dialogue on Information Economy, Centre for Policy Studies, IIT Bombay

On 17 February 2018, Centre for Policy Studies, IIT Bombay, organised the Annual Policy Dialogue on the Information Economy (IE). The dialogue sought to deliberate upon new research agendas on the information economy, in the current age of pervasive digitalisation and datafication. Anita Gurumurthy and Parminder Jeet Singh from IT for Change participated in the dialogue. Anita Gurumurthy made a presentation on 'Historically and conceptually situating the emergence and impact of an information economy, with relevance to India' (click to download the presentation) and Parminder Jeet Singh's input was on 'Implications of global digital trade flows'.
